The quality of the questions we ask leads to the quality of life we live.
Please email talkapeutic@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Life is full of challenges. While most people find themselves persevering and even triumphing thru their life's obstacles, there are others who may need a little help and guidance navigating thru difficult times.
Our goal in creating talkapeutic is to share our personal experiences, tools and techniques that have helped us in our life's journey and personal growth. We believe in guiding you to resolve problems and challenges at their root causes, instead of simply addressing the symptoms. Oftentimes, challenges we face in this life can be resolved once we fully understand our own special purpose for coming to this world, and our design of the unique obstacles we face.
We cannot change the world or others around us; however, we have the power to change ourselves.
These four powerful phrases are from the ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness called ho'oponopono. For more details on this practice, you may watch and listen to the audiobook Zero Limits by Dr. Joe Vitale and discover how you too can practice this powerful healing method for yourself and others in your daily meditation.
Spiritual awakening is an ongoing process; it is not the end. When our souls first entered our physical bodies in this material world, we were made to forget who we truly are. As newborn babies growing up and adapting to this world, we were sensitive to spiritual matters. However, as time passes, we forget our true identity and start believing this physical body is our real and only being. Most people go through their entire lives without realizing this and end up repeating similar life challenges over and over, not knowing why. A spiritually awakened person is someone who knows at heart that this physical body is simply a temporary vessel that we need while we are experiencing this physical world. A spiritually awakened person is someone who uses their inner true being to influence and control their outer physical environment. Spiritual awakening is... the most important experience in our lives.
Masters and gurus from both the past and present have spent decades of their lives in isolation and meditation in their attempt to achieve spiritual awakening. The truth is, while most people are clueless about their spiritual awakening, those who are seeking it may take different paths to achieving it. While spending time in meditation is the most common method, some people realize their spiritual awakening after traumatic or near-death experiences. Additionally, partaking in plant medicine, such as ayahuasca ceremonies, is another method that is gaining recognition. As a teacher once put it, meditation is like trying to build a door and creating a path so we can get to the other side; using ayahuasca is like taking a sledgehammer to smash the barrier so we can crash through to get us to the other side. Whichever path you choose to take, make sure you are ready to discover the reality of truth.
As the old master said to the young apprentice, "before awakening, chop wood, carry water and prepare meals; after awakening, chop wood, carry water and prepare meals." While life on the surface may remain unchanged after a spiritual awakening in the beginning, changes will start happening within an awakened person over time. Since spiritual awakening is a process of discovering who we truly are inside this physical body, once awakened, a person will begin to realize their hidden powers and inner strength. While the awakened person may be going through a storm in life, he or she also has peace and calmness at heart to overcome all challenges.
Since spiritual awakening is a lifelong process, we must continue our quest for spiritual knowledge and wisdom while we are living in this physical world. One of the things we can do is spend time each day in meditation because most of the answers to our questions can be found within ourselves. Look into meditation techniques such as Silva Mind Control and Om Chanting, which are excellent ways to practice relaxation and visualization. Reading books and watching videos by spiritual masters and personal growth teachers are good approaches to gaining wisdom. As we continue our pursuit of spiritual, mental, and physical growth, we can become our own version of a superhuman being.
